On August 24th, 2020, The State University of New York hosted their annual Sexual & Interpersonal Violence Prevention Education, Capacity Building, and Training in Response for Underserved Sexual and Gender Minorities conference (“SPECTRUM”). SPECTRUM is the nation’s largest education conference devoted to preventing and responding to sexual and interpersonal violence against member of the LGBTQI+ community.
Natasha J. Baker and a group of eight other leading Title IX practitioners spoke on “IX on IX” on August 28th, 2020 at 3:30pm-5:00pm. This closing plenary session covered the recent legal developments impacting the LGBTQI+ community in employment and higher education law.
