The training will have three key learning outcomes, including a foundational understanding of the legal requirements for employee separation, familiarity with the different types of employee separation, and the ability to effectively manage the separation process.
The training will use practical examples, and actionable steps to equip participants with the knowledge and tools they need to ensure that employee separation is handled legally, professionally, and with sensitivity to the needs of the departing employee. By the end of the training, attendees will be better prepared to handle this important aspect of employee management and minimize the risk of costly legal violations.
