Students have many opportunities for employment while attending college. This training will explore the trending issues and unique circumstances surrounding the employment of students. From internships to work study positions, student employment comes with a number of complexities not present in other staff positions. Further, we will review the current status of the debate over student athletes and their classification as non-employees.
