Novus’s Firm Administrator, Crystal Ludlow, will facilitate FirstFive Live! at the Association of Legal Administrators‘ (ALA) 2023 Annual Conference in partnership with Abigail Davis-Hess of ADH-Consulting, LLC. The theme of this year’s conference is Balance – Impact – Growth. Crystal is a co-leader of the ALA’s FirstFive Community, focused on supporting legal management professionals in the first five or so years of their career.
