With these events come employment challenges like the inability to safely come to work, protecting employees from unsafe conditions, and preparing emergency plans that are both specific and flexible. This training session will examine these complex issues that are becoming more common each year and provide attendees with guidance on requirements for safe working conditions and how to address the employment issues that arise when bad weather strikes.
